(002328.SZ) announced that recently, the company signed the "Ningbo Zhixing Yueheng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) Limited Partnership Contract" with Shanghai Zhengxingu Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhengxingu"). The company, as a limited partner, will invest its own funds in Ningbo Zhixing Yueheng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Ningbo Zhixing" or the "Partnership"). The company plans to contribute 100 million yuan to subscribe for fund shares of Ningbo Zhixing. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ningbo Zhixing is still in the fundraising process.
