Morgan Stanley: Slightly raises ZhongAn Online (06060.HK) target price to HK$14.6, maintains "Overweight" rating.

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that Morgan Stanley issued a report stating that it has slightly raised the target price of ZhongAn Online (06060.HK) from HK$14.5 to HK$14.6, while maintaining an "Overweight" rating. At the same time, the bank raised its forecasts for shareholder net profit for each year from 2026 to 2028 by 14.5%, 2.6%, and 6.6%, respectively; net asset forecasts remained broadly unchanged, with forecast revisions for 2026 to 2028 all less than 1%. The bank said that due to business optimization, ZhongAn Online's premium growth in 2026 may slow to the low single digits, but business quality remains healthy, with a combined ratio of about 96%.
