The training totaled 27 hours and was conducted by a Hong Kong law firm during the period from July 29, 2026 to September 11, 2026, covering, among other things, directors' duties, the Corporate Governance Code, Chapters 3, 3A, 13, 14 and 14A of the Listing Rules, and inside information and disclosure obligations under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and not less than 3 hours of training was received on each of the topics specified in the statement.
