Zhitong Finance APP News, Leo Group (300603.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Leo Cloud Data (Sichuan) Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary Leo Cloud Data (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kunshan Cloud Data") intends to acquire 100% equity of Kunshan Boxi Data Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Target Company" or "Boxi Data") held by Kunshan Bosheng Data Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bosheng Data") in cash. Through friendly negotiation between both parties, the transaction price for 100% equity of the Target Company is determined to be RMB 193 million.
