Shaanxi Energy announced that the company's name change proposal was reviewed and approved by the board of directors and an extraordinary shareholders' meeting, and it has recently completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures for the company name change as well as the filing of its Articles of Association. The company's Chinese name has been changed from "Shaanxi Energy Investment Co., Ltd." to "Shaanxi Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd.", with the English name changed accordingly. This name change is based on the company's actual needs and will not have a material adverse impact on the company's daily management, production and operations, or debt repayment capacity.
