GenScript Biotech (01548.HK) completes the placement of a total of 77.126 million placing shares.

Zhito Finance APP News, GenScript Biotech (01548.HK) announced that the Board is pleased to announce that all conditions set out in the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and completion took place on September 15, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing agreement. A total of 77,126,000 placing shares (representing approximately 3.50% of the company's issued share capital immediately before completion of the placing and approximately 3.38% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the placing shares immediately after completion of the placing) were successfully placed at a placing price of HK$30.50 per share to not fewer than six placees.
