Caesars Cultural Industry paid 26.95 million yuan to the counterparty as stipulated in the agreement. During the execution of the business, Caesars Cultural Industry found that it could not establish effective contact with the counterparty and suspected that the counterparty might be involved in contract fraud, so it immediately reported the case to the public security authorities.
