In response to the news, customer service representatives from multiple platforms including Alipay, Meituan, Douyin, and JD.com all said they have not received any related notices, and that monthly payment products can still be used normally. Regarding the question of whether monthly payment products will no longer be listed alongside payment options such as bank cards after September 30 and will instead be moved to an independent payment section, Alipay's official customer service told China News Service that Huabei business is currently operating normally, that Huabei will comply with relevant national regulations, and that specific future payment methods will be subject to what is displayed on the Alipay page. Meituan Finance's official customer service said that Meituan Monthly Pay is currently provided normally and can be used with confidence, and that the specific display format will be subject to the app's actual display going forward. Douyin Monthly Pay customer service said there is currently no related notice, and the final arrangement will be subject to the page display. JD Baitiao customer service also said that Baitiao service is currently operating normally and there are no plans to withdraw it from payment options.
