Jixin Guokong (08629.HK) and the Xinyi City Investment Promotion Bureau entered into an investment agreement regarding the establishment of an inspection and monitoring center.

Zhito Finance APP News, Jixin Guokong (08629.HK) announced that on September 15, 2026, the Company entered into an investment agreement with the Xinyi City Investment Promotion Bureau in respect of the project, pursuant to which the Company agreed to invest a total of RMB60 million in the project, including fixed asset investment of not less than RMB50 million; and the Xinyi City Investment Promotion Bureau agreed to assist the Company in implementing the project, including (among other things) completing the land grant procedures relating to the project land, and obtaining the relevant project approvals, registrations and licences.
