Zhitong Finance APP News, Zhengyuan Wisdom (300645.SZ) released the 2026 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (Draft). The Employee Stock Ownership Plan will acquire the Company's A-shares that have been repurchased by the Company and are held in the special securities account for share repurchase through non-trading transfer or other methods permitted by laws and regulations, totaling no more than 1.4209 million shares, accounting for approximately 1.00% of the Company's current total share capital. The transfer price is 6.62 yuan per share.
