Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration Publicizes the Case of EQT Fund Acquiring Stake in Intertek Group

According to the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration, the case of EQT Fund Management Limited's acquisition of equity in Intertek Group plc has entered the public notice period, which runs from September 15, 2026 to September 24, 2026. Prior to this acquisition, Intertek Group was a listed company with no ultimate controller. Upon completion of this acquisition, EQT Fund Management and its affiliates will indirectly hold 76% of the shares of Intertek Group; the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Mubadala Investment Company will indirectly hold 16% and 8% of the shares of Intertek Group respectively, without control rights. Intertek Group will be indirectly and solely controlled by EQT Fund Management and its affiliates.
