Jinzhou Pipeline (002443.SZ) plans to inject RMB 680 million in capital into its subsidiary Jinzhou Liquid Cooling.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Jinzhou Pipeline (002443.SZ) announced that the company has decided to use its own funds of RMB 680 million to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jinzhou Smart Liquid Cooling Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinzhou Liquid Cooling"). Jinzhou Liquid Cooling's original registered capital was RMB 20 million, and after the capital increase, its registered capital will be RMB 700 million. It will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The funds from this capital increase will mainly be used for: product line expansion and component production capacity expansion; system research and development, project delivery, and market expansion; technology research and development, team building, and supplementing working capital.
