Zhitong Finance APP News, CITIC Securities (06030.HK) announced that recently, the Company received the "Approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on the Registration of CITIC Securities Co., Ltd.'s Public Issuance of Perpetual Subordinated Bonds to Professional Investors" (CSRC Permit [2026] No. 2414). According to this approval, the Company may publicly issue perpetual subordinated bonds with a total face value of no more than RMB 40 billion to professional investors. This approval is valid for 24 months from the date of approval of registration, and the Company may issue the bonds in installments during the registration validity period.
