ST Nengte: Appoints Qin Jun as Board Secretary; Subsidiary Plans to Sign Related-Party Photovoltaic EPC Contract

ST Nenter announced that the company's eighth board of directors held its fourth meeting and approved two proposals: First, Qin Jun was appointed as the company's board secretary, with a term lasting until the expiration of the eighth board of directors. Qin Jun has obtained the board secretary qualification certificate and does not hold any shares in the company. Second, the company agreed that its subsidiary Nenter Technology Co., Ltd. intends to sign a distributed photovoltaic project EPC contract with East Group Co., Ltd., which is controlled by the same controlling shareholder. The project has a total installed capacity of 1.44886 MWp and a winning bid amount of 3.1 million yuan. This constitutes a related-party transaction and does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review.
