AP Rentals (01496.HK) subsidiary enters into purchase order for procurement of 18 units of equipment

Zhito Finance APP News: Asia Power Leasing (01496.HK) announced that on September 15, 2026, the buyer (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a purchase order with the seller (an independent third party) for the procurement of 18 units of equipment, with a total consideration of HK$18.6546 million. During the 12-month period immediately preceding the acquisition, Asia Power Leasing and XCMG Hong Kong had entered into a purchase order in respect of a previous acquisition.
