According to the Baotou Rare Earth Products Exchange, the prices of mainstream rare earth products fell slightly today. The average price of praseodymium-neodymium oxide was 729,300 yuan/ton, down 1,300 yuan/ton; the average price of praseodymium-neodymium metal was 882,800 yuan/ton, down 1,400 yuan/ton; the average price of dysprosium oxide was 1,425,600 yuan/ton, down 11,100 yuan/ton; the average price of terbium oxide was 6,665,000 yuan/ton, down 600 yuan/ton. Today, there was relatively little transaction information for products such as praseodymium oxide, neodymium oxide, lutetium oxide, europium oxide, and lanthanum-cerium oxide, so please refer to it with caution. At present, the rare earth market continues to fluctuate and adjust. Quotes from major producers of praseodymium-neodymium products were generally stable, and a small number of traders cut prices to promote transactions, but orders from magnetic material plants fell short of expectations, with most maintaining low inventory levels. Overall market purchasing willingness is relatively weak, with actual transactions mainly based on essential demand. In medium and heavy rare earths, the prices of dysprosium oxide and terbium oxide continued to pull back, while prices of other products remained generally stable. Overall, trading in the rare earth market is at a standstill, with most merchants maintaining a wait-and-see attitude, and short-term prices are expected to remain in a narrow range.
