Based on the termination of Jiaozuo Wanfang's restructuring matter, the Company's transaction plan to sell a 2.50% equity interest in Sanmenxia Aluminum to Jiaozuo Wanfang has also been terminated accordingly, and the Company will properly handle the related follow-up matters after the termination of this transaction.
