It is reported that Samsung Electronics' strategy for providing base chips for its high-bandwidth memory (HBM) is expected to undergo significant changes. In anticipation of growing market demand for customized HBM, the company will adopt a "dual-track process" strategy, simultaneously utilizing its in-house foundry and TSMC processes to produce base chips.
