The hospital in Xinqiu District, Fuxin City, issued a notice on September 14 stating that due to a shortage of surgical medical staff, the hospital cannot guarantee the normal operation of surgical diagnosis and treatment. To ensure medical safety, after comprehensive study and decision by the hospital, temporary adjustments have been made to surgical diagnosis and treatment services. Starting September 14, the hospital's nighttime outpatient and emergency surgical services will be completely suspended, and general surgery and emergency surgery consultations will no longer be provided, nor will routine diagnosis and treatment services such as examinations, follow-up visits, dressing changes, and chronic disease consultations.
