Hong Kong Stock Connect Automobile ETF E Fund: Adjusts the cash substitution settlement arrangement for subscriptions and redemptions during GAC Group's trading suspension

E Fund CSI Hong Kong Stock Connect Automobile ETF announced that GAC Group, a constituent security of the fund's underlying index, has been suspended from trading since September 14, 2026, and remained suspended as of market close that day. To safeguard the interests of fund unit holders, after consultation with the fund custodian, effective September 15, 2026, when investors subscribe to or redeem the fund, the clearing and settlement of the cash substitution refund/supplement for subscription and the cash substitution amount for redemption corresponding to GAC Group will be handled based on the actual transaction cost after resumption of trading or a price deemed reasonable by the fund manager. During this period, if any equity changes such as ex-dividend, bonus shares, or rights issues occur with respect to this security, corresponding adjustments will be made, and no further announcement will be made after resumption of trading.
