Lvqi Culture (00550): Chen Jiajun no longer holds shares in the company

Zhito Finance APP News, Lvqi Culture (00550) announced that the Board was informed by Litian Global Limited, a major shareholder of the Company, that Mr. Chen Jiajun sold all of the issued share capital of Litian held by him to Direct Ascent Intelligent Investment Co., Limited on September 9, 2026. As at the date of this announcement, Litian held approximately 123 million shares of the Company, representing approximately 27.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Following the sale, Mr. Chen Jiajun will no longer have any interest in the shares.
