On the evening of September 14, CATL announced that it had recently received notice from the fund manager that the "Hainan Times Green Industry Investment Fund Partnership," in which the company participates as one of the limited partners, has completed the private investment fund filing procedures with the Asset Management Association of China in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations including the Securities Investment Fund Law of the People's Republic of China and the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Private Investment Funds, and has obtained the Private Investment Fund Filing Certificate.
