Yinbaoshanxin announced that its controlling subsidiary, Changsha Yinbaoshanxin Auto Parts Co., Ltd., has received a notice from the People's Court of Liuyang City, Hunan Province. Qingyang County Pangen Transportation Co., Ltd., on the grounds that it is unable to repay due debts and its assets are insufficient to cover all debts or it clearly lacks solvency, has applied for it to be transferred for bankruptcy liquidation review. Changsha Auto Parts' audited net assets for 2025 were -103 million yuan, with a net loss of 26.1987 million yuan; for the first half of 2026, net assets were -109 million yuan, with a net loss of 5.3455 million yuan. As of the end of August 2026, the company had not provided guarantees for Changsha Auto Parts, and Changsha Auto Parts owed the company approximately 109 million yuan, posing a risk that it may not be fully recovered. Currently, Changsha Auto Parts has not yet received a court acceptance ruling, and whether it will enter bankruptcy liquidation proceedings is subject to significant uncertainty.
