According to the Hainan Provincial Department of Transportation, due to the impact of heavy rainfall from a tropical depression, some national and provincial roads in Hainan pose traffic safety risks. Traffic control measures have now been implemented on certain sections of these roads, and the timing for lifting the controls will depend on the rainfall conditions. The Disaster Prevention, Mitigation, and Relief Committee of Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County in Hainan decided to implement the "four suspensions and one closure" measures throughout the county starting at 12:00 on September 14.
