Bank of Gansu (02139.HK) proposes appointing Du Jing as executive director

Zhito Finance APP News: Bank of Gansu (02139.HK) has issued an announcement that, following deliberation and approval at the board of directors meeting held on September 14, 2026, the board has proposed appointing Mr. Du Jing as an executive director of the fourth board of directors of the bank. His term of office shall commence from the date of approval of his director qualification by the Gansu Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration and shall be consistent with the term of the fourth board of directors. Upon expiration of his term, he may be re-elected for consecutive terms.
