Haomeng Holdings (08186.HK) Enters into Coal Purchase and Sale Memorandum with Supplier

Zhito Finance APP News, Haomeng Holdings (08186.HK) announced that on September 7, 2026, the Company entered into a coal purchase and sale memorandum with Ordos Huneng Coal Group Co., Ltd. (the Supplier), pursuant to which the Supplier agreed to supply washed coal (including coal powder, lump coal and washed slack coal) to the Group for trading for a term of one year. No minimum price or quantity of coal to be procured by the Group during the term has been stipulated. The price and quantity of coal to be procured shall be separately agreed upon for each order, and the parties shall enter into a formal agreement in respect of the transactions.
