Asia-Pacific Pharmaceutical: The industrial fund established through participation has completed private equity fund filing.

Asia Pharmaceutical announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Yatai Lizhong Holding Co., Ltd., intends to contribute RMB 10 million as a limited partner to jointly establish Hangzhou Qizhen Zhikang Equity Investment Partnership with multiple parties. The fund has a total subscribed size of RMB 26.5 million, with Beijing Zheshang Huaying Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. as the general partner. Recently, the fund has completed filing with the Asset Management Association of China, with a filing date of September 11, 2026, filing code SEM738, and Bank of Ningbo Co., Ltd. as the custodian.
