Shunbo Alloy: Updates financial data in private placement application documents, still awaiting CSRC registration.

Shunbo Alloy announced that its 2025 targeted issuance of shares to specific objects passed the review of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Review Center on July 8, 2026. In view of the company's disclosure of its 2026 semi-annual report, the company, together with intermediary institutions, has updated and revised the prospectus and other application documents. This private placement still requires a decision from the China Securities Regulatory Commission agreeing to registration before it can be implemented, and whether final approval will be obtained and the timing of such approval remain uncertain.
