Chutian Expressway: Plans to use no more than RMB 4.00 billion of idle self-owned funds for cash management

Chutian Expressway announced that the company held the tenth meeting of the ninth board of directors on September 14, 2026, at which the "Proposal on the Use of Self-owned Funds for Cash Management" was reviewed and approved; it plans to use no more than RMB 4.00 billion of idle self-owned funds for cash management.
