Liu Jundao, former Party secretary of Baicheng Medical College, expelled from the Communist Party of China.

Upon investigation, Liu Jundao, as a Party member and leading official, lost his ideals and convictions, betrayed his original aspiration and mission, and resisted organizational review; he failed to truthfully explain issues during organizational talks and inquiries, and sought benefits for others in the selection and appointment of officials; he failed to uphold the bottom line of integrity, illegally accepted gifts and cash gifts, and engaged in money-sex transactions; he illegally intervened and meddled in market economic activities, and made blind decisions that caused a waste of resources; he had no bottom line of discipline or law, treated the power granted by the organization as a tool for collecting money and amassing wealth, used his position to seek benefits for others in project contracting and other areas, and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.
