Recently, the recall of two power banks under Guangdong Pisen Electronics Co., Ltd. due to fire risks has drawn attention. The two models, TP-D114 and TP-D133, have been under recall since September 8. In response, Pisen's official flagship store confirmed the situation and said, "If you purchased this model, you can contact us through the purchasing account." In addition, customer service responded, "None of the products currently on sale are involved in the recall."
