BYD's financing leasing subsidiary changes its name.

On September 14, BYD's financing leasing subsidiary, Fudi Leasing, announced that in order to unify the group's brand image and enhance market recognition, the company plans to change its name from "Shenzhen Fudi Financing Leasing Co., Ltd." to "Shenzhen BYD Financing Leasing Co., Ltd." This name change will not affect the validity of already signed and effective legal documents related to the bonds. These legal documents will continue to have legal effect on the bonds already issued by the company, and no new legal documents will be signed for these bonds. All creditor's rights and debt obligations of the former Shenzhen Fudi Financing Leasing Co., Ltd. will be assumed by Shenzhen BYD Financing Leasing Co., Ltd.
