The plaintiff, Jiangsu Chunlan Clean Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd., has filed a lawsuit over a sales contract dispute, requesting the company to rectify the delivered equipment and pay a late delivery penalty of 27.7758 million yuan, while also seeking a reduction in the contract price of 18.72 million yuan. The case has been accepted for filing and has yet to go to trial. The company does not acknowledge the plaintiff's claims and will actively respond to the lawsuit and take counterclaims as necessary.
