ST Tongde: Progress on Guarantee Matters, Guarantee Balance 1.72 billion yuan

ST Tongde announced that recently its holding subsidiary, Tongde Tong, signed a "Pledge Guarantee Contract" with Zhong Xiaodan, pledging 27.2727% of its shares in Zhongwu Chain as collateral for an additional guarantee on a remaining loan of 2.6 million yuan. As of the date of the announcement, the total guarantee amount for the company and its holding subsidiaries is 3 billion yuan, with an actual guarantee balance of 1.72 billion yuan, accounting for 189.41% of the most recent audited net assets. Among this, the overdue debt corresponding to the guarantee balance is 703 million yuan, and the guarantee amount related to lawsuits and losses incurred is 568 million yuan.
