According to the business information from Tianyancha, recently, Wuhan NIO Energy Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with its registered capital increasing from 1.784 billion RMB to 7.484 billion RMB, an increase of approximately 320%. The company was established in May 2017, with Guo Chenggang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the research and development of energy recovery systems, sales of battery swap facilities for new energy vehicles, research and development of motors and their control systems, among others, and it is wholly owned by NIO Energy Investment Co., Ltd.
