Fosun Pharma (02196) subsidiary WuXi Biologics has signed a framework cooperation agreement with Sandoz AG and reached a licensing agreement.

According to the Zhito Finance APP, Fosun Pharma (02196) announced that its holding subsidiary, Fosun Hainan, has signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Sandoz AG. This agreement allows for licensing cooperation regarding the registration, commercialization, development, and production of up to 10 monoclonal antibody (mAb) and/or antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) biosimilar products or components (hereinafter referred to as "cooperative products") in related overseas regions. Specific commercial terms have been reached for the first batch of 3 cooperative products (namely HLX05-N, HLX16, and Bevacizumab biosimilar), and an option has been granted to Sandoz AG for 1 potential cooperative product (namely HLXTE-HAase1001).
