All sectors in Macau are looking forward to the "13th Five-Year" plan to create a new situation for high-quality development.
As a programmatic document guiding the economic and social development of Macau for the next five years, the "Third Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the Macao Special Administrative Region" is about to be released, providing a clear path for Macau to start from a new starting point, seize new opportunities, and achieve new breakthroughs. The Chief Executive of the Macao SAR, Ho Iat Seng, recently published a signed article interpreting the core essence and key tasks of the "Three-Five" Plan, focusing on four key directions: moderate economic diversification, the integrated development of Macao and the Guangdong-Macao Intensive Cooperation Zone, urban renewal, and integrating into and serving the overall national development strategy. He envisions a bright future for "Rule of Law in Macao, a Vibrant Macao, a Cultural Macao, and a Happy Macao," sparking discussions among various sectors of Macao society about their expectations and outlook for the "Three-Five" Plan.
