Henan adjusts flood control emergency response level

According to the "Henan Emergency" public account, the impact of Typhoon "White Dolphin" on Henan Province has ended, and the widespread rainfall process has ceased. The water levels in rivers and reservoirs have significantly decreased, and hazards in various regions have been effectively controlled. After consultation and assessment, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Henan Provincial Flood Control Emergency Plan," the Henan Provincial Flood Control Command has decided to adjust the flood control emergency response level to Level 4 for Xuchang City, Luohe City, and Zhoukou City starting from 11:00 on August 16, while terminating the flood control emergency response for other provincial cities.
