The Yanshan "Core Park" shopping center project located in Xiogang Village, Yunchen Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou has made progress in construction, with the main structure expected to be topped off by early September this year and officially open for business by the end of December. The project features an open layout of "block + box," with plans for a brand matrix of over 600 stores; so far, more than 100 regional flagship stores have been introduced, and the design of the flagship five-star hotel and core commercial anchor stores is currently in the deepening design phase.
