Industry sources revealed on Sunday that, driven by the growth of housing mortgage loans and stock pledge loans, South Korea's household credit scale is expected to surpass 2000 trillion won for the first time in the second quarter. The report indicated that at the end of March, South Korea's household credit reached a record high of 1993 trillion won, an increase of 14 trillion won compared to the end of last year, marking a continuous growth for seven consecutive quarters, although the growth rate has slowed for the second consecutive quarter.
