On August 15, the cross-border one-day tour from Erlianhot, China, to Zamiin-Uud, Mongolia, was officially launched, with 108 tourists embarking on their cross-border journey, adding a new platform for cultural exchange in the construction of the "Belt and Road" Initiative and the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor. This cross-border one-day tour significantly optimizes the procedures, requiring no prior passport or visa for tourists; they can join the group with just their ID card. The entire process, including the standardized filling out of the border tourism team member list, personnel information screening, and issuance of permits, is handled uniformly by travel agencies with legitimate border tourism operating qualifications. The Erlianhot Public Security Bureau and the Exit-Entry Administration Team conduct concurrent approvals for efficient certificate issuance. The Erlianhot border inspection station has optimized its inspection measures, implementing a "group entry and group exit" rapid clearance process, greatly reducing wait times for inspections.
