Anhui urgently allocated 12.1 million yuan in disaster relief funds to support five cities in emergency rescue and disaster relief efforts.
Recently, affected by Typhoon No. 13 "White Dolphin," many areas in Anhui Province have experienced heavy rainfall, leading to flooding in some regions. The Anhui Provincial Department of Finance, in conjunction with the Anhui Provincial Emergency Management Department, has urgently allocated 12.1 million yuan in central and provincial disaster relief funds to support emergency rescue and disaster relief efforts in the five cities of Lu'an, Xuancheng, Chizhou, Anqing, and Huangshan, focusing on ensuring basic living guarantees for displaced residents and repairing houses damaged by disasters. Since the onset of the flood season this year, the Anhui Province has cumulatively allocated 116 million yuan for disaster prevention, reduction, and relief, primarily supporting natural disaster relief, geological disaster prevention, water conservancy disaster relief, and agricultural disaster relief.
