According to the Wall Street Journal: Sources say that Nvidia (NVDA.O) and OpenAI have revised the structure of their deal proposal for the 10 gigawatt data center project in Ohio. Nvidia will guarantee a 5 gigawatt project, lowering the total guaranteed amount from $250 billion to less than $120 billion.
