The Ecological and Environmental Code is officially implemented.

August 15 is the fourth National Ecology Day. Following the Civil Code, the second law in China named a "code" the Ecological Environmental Law of the People's Republic of China officially comes into effect on the 15th, marking a new stage in the construction of ecological and environmental rule of law in our country, further solidifying the legal foundation for achieving harmonious coexistence between humans and nature in modernization.
