SoftBank Group disclosed in its latest SEC regulatory filing that it purchased shares of Capital One in the second quarter. As of June 30, the company bought 276,811 shares of Capital One, with a position value of approximately $55.5 million at the end of the quarter. In addition, SoftBank reduced its holdings in TSMC by 71.5%, selling 1.4 million shares of TSMC stock for a total cash amount of approximately $269.8 million. During the quarter, SoftBank also slightly increased its stake in Life 360 by a total of 10,718 shares, which is a company that provides GPS location-sharing services, with a position value of around $488,500.
