Zhitong Finance APP reports that Boan Biologics (06955.HK) announced that its self-developed monoclonal antibody drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CD228, BA1302, has completed the dose escalation phase (Phase Ia) of the single-agent clinical trial in China. The study results show that BA1302 demonstrates good anti-tumor activity in various patients with advanced solid tumors whose diseases have progressed after multiple lines of treatment, and the overall safety and tolerability are good.
