Aiaijinggong: The controlling shareholder has signed a supplementary agreement, with the share transfer and offer price adjusted to 27.54 yuan per share.

Aiai Precision Engineering announced that its controlling shareholder, Cai Ruimei, has signed a "Supplementary Agreement to the Share Transfer Agreement" and a "Supplementary Agreement to the Pre-Offer Agreement" with Shanghai Yusheng. Due to the completion of the profit distribution plan for the fiscal year 2025, the share transfer price and the offer price have been adjusted from RMB 27.62 per share to RMB 27.54 per share; the total price for the share transfer has been adjusted from RMB 1.082 billion to RMB 1.079 billion. The due diligence work has been completed, and the transferor has received notification to continue progressing the transaction.
