Kodak Manufacturing: Termination of the 7.475 billion yuan acquisition of a 51.55% stake in Teaford International

Keda Manufacturing announced that the company originally planned to acquire 51.55% of the shares of its controlling subsidiary, Tefo International, for 7.475 billion yuan and raise matching funds to deepen its overseas business layout. This transaction was not approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange's restructuring committee on August 4, and on August 10, the Shanghai Stock Exchange decided to terminate the review. On August 14, the company's board of directors agreed to terminate the transaction, and the original series of agreements and some concerted action relationships were also simultaneously terminated. The company committed to not planning any significant asset restructuring within one month.
