China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and others have established a new energy technology company, which includes battery swapping facilities business.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Huzhou Nanxun Xinshi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established. Its business scope includes the sale of electric vehicle battery swap facilities; sales of hydrogen refueling and storage facilities; sales of motor vehicle charging services; and motor vehicle repair and maintenance, among others. Qichachas equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and its affiliate China Petroleum & Chemical Sales Co., Ltd.
