Iron ore futures have temporarily rebounded after a recent correction. Yinhe Futures stated in a research report that prices may continue to hit new lows next month. The agency noted that overseas demand for steel increased in June, but this momentum is unlikely to last. It added that this steelmaking raw material may struggle to overcome the impact of weak fundamentals in the third quarter. The most actively traded January iron ore contract on the Dalian Commodity Exchange rose by 0.4%, settling at 712.5 yuan per ton.
